We have pilot plants with all the functionality of our production size systems, which enables optimisation of your product manufacturing processes. Test results can be directly scaled to production size systems.

Depending on your requirements, pilot plant testing can be carried out at your site or in our development facility in Denmark. In our test facility in Denmark we identify the most suitable technology for our customers' manufacturing requirements by assessing the performance of their current recipes, ingredients and processes. Often this enables us to identify more efficient manufacturing techniques resulting in shorter production cycles and lower production losses. Sometimes our tests allow the reduction of certain ingredients such as flavourings and colourings due to the highly efficient mixing technology.
