Scanima mixing technology incorporates a unique turbo mixing unit which provides optimal powder/liquid or liquid/liquid mixing with our without high-shear mixing.

Ingredients can be blended, homogenised, emulsified and disperged in a matter of minutes - even products with a high content of dry matter or high viscosity.

Vacuum transfer ensures smooth and accurate ingredient dosing, and a heating/cooling system provides the opportunity to heat or chill during the mixing process. In our pressurised mixing vessels, vacuum mixing de-aerates products and prevents foaming.

All-in-one-process systems

The functions of our all-in-one-process mixing systems for batch or continuous production can be operated manually or managed by computerised control systems with multi-recipe functionality and reporting.
