Ingredients can be blended, homogenised, emulsified and disperged in a matter of minutes - even products with a high content of dry matter or high viscosity.
Vacuum transfer ensures smooth and accurate ingredient dosing, and a heating/cooling system provides the opportunity to heat or chill during the mixing process. In our pressurised mixing vessels, vacuum mixing de-aerates products and prevents foaming.
